LIST

2 1/2 pounds ripe tomatoes

10 yellow or orange cherry tomatoes

1 tsp minced garlic

2 tsp red wine vinegar

1 1/2 tsp sherry vinegar

1/2 english, or 1 de-seeded regular cucumber

1 tsp salt

1 tsp oil

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gazpacho

(Cold Tomato Soup)

 

In a large bowl

Cut off bottom of each large tomato
Grate into bowl
Discard the skins

Add 10 quartered yellow/orange tomatoes

Peel the cucumber
If English: grate half cucumber
If Regular: cut out the inner seeds and grage entire cucumber
(Or however much feels right)

Mix in:
Garlic
Red and Sherry vinegars
Salt
Oil

Prepare and chill

Whisk it all together

Move to a serving bowl

Refridgerate to chill before serving

Serve

Serv C old, in nice bowls, in small portions
