3 Sticks Margarine
1 ½ Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
1 4oz tub Applesauce
4 eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1 ½ Cup Wheat Flour
1 ½ Cups White Flour
2 ½ tsps. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 ½ Cups Oats
1 Cup Raisins
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
2 Cups Walnuts

Gordons Biking Cookies

 

To Begin:
Pre-heat to 350 degrees

Preparation:

Cream together :

Butter - Brown Sugar - White Sugar applesauce

Then beat in:

Eggs and Vanilla

Finally mix in:

Wheat and White Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Oats, Raisens, Chocolate Chips, Walnuts

Bake:
Just til they start to change color

Like them a little moist

Take Note Of The Results
And Think About How To Imrove Them:

Might try some peanut butter
And or maybe coconut
